The breakfast was delightful and well presented. All the staff was extremely friendly and absolutely friendly. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to the historic center of Cartagena, restaurants and shops and Torre del Reloj.

The view from the a double room was incredibly beautiful. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was great and incredible, close to view remnants. It was set close to bars and eateries.

I was very happy with the outstandingly accommodating staff and their top-notch service. The food was delicious with plenty of choice! The location was amazing, close to Cartagena's Gold Museum. There were bars and eateries close to the place.

An incredibly beautiful hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed it, staff was super friendly. The restaurant was small for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. The venue had a very central location and it was close to Museo del Oro Zenu.

The marvellous location was close to Clock Tower. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away. The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating and had a few recommendations about on-site small restaurant. The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unresponsive.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and enchanting.
The property seemed fairly clean and the room was immaculately clean and huge. Booked a room with a view. It had great location close to Old Town.

Spotless and well-designed room, all in all had nice stay.
The restaurant was small for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom. Great and incredible location in the middle of the city, bars and eateries were close to the hotel. Besides, it was 15 mins walk from Playa de las Tenazas. The view was incredibly beautiful, the service was top-notch!

Clean hotel in a traditional building adjacent to the public beaches and Church of San Pedro Claver. Marvellous location easy walk to Cartagena's Gold Museum. Also, in the city center: )

The staff was incredibly friendly and detail oriented, making us feel like the only people there. The hotel itself had an architecturally delightful interior, and we loved the clean and comfortable rooms. The on-site restaurant offered a great breakfast with many options. The location was perfect, close to other neighborhoods like the hip Getsamani area and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in this city.
It was all superb.
